Prior to joining West & Dunn, Jon worked as a student advocate with the Wisconsin Innocence Project and as a clerk with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois. In those capacities, Jon gained first-hand experience drafting complex briefs and arguing motions in the courtroom. During law school Jon was a Dean’s List student, receiving the highest grade in several courses and the Bruce Beilfuss Memorial Scholarship for outstanding service to the Law School. In addition to these achievements, Jon was an article editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and a two-time competitor in national mock trial competitions. Jon brings this same dedication to excellent legal writing and courtroom advocacy to serve West & Dunn’s clients.
