West & Dunn Announces New Team Members

West & Dunn is proud to announce the addition of two new attorneys, Eric Pangburn and Jonathan Heiden, as well as the opening of a new office location in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

Eric Pangburn has joined West & Dunn as a partner in its new Two Rivers location.  Eric has successfully litigated cases throughout Wisconsin since 2003. His practice focuses primarily on criminal matters; however, Eric also practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and insolvency. He currently serves as a guardian ad litem for Manitowoc County, and in keeping with West & Dunn’s dedication to serving veterans, has represented individuals before the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Eric is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin state courts, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Eric previously provided services to WD clients in an of counsel capacity. 

Jonathan Heiden joins the Waunakee office of WD following his recent graduation from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Jon’s practice at West & Dunn focuses upon providing litigation and appellate services to both businesses and veterans. Prior to joining West & Dunn, Jon worked as a student advocate with the Wisconsin Innocence Project and as a clerk with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois. In those capacities, Jon gained first-hand experience drafting complex briefs and arguing motions in the courtroom. During law school Jon was a Dean’s List student, receiving the highest grade in several courses and the Bruce Beilfuss Memorial Scholarship for outstanding service to the Law School. In addition to these achievements, Jon was an article editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and a two-time competitor in national mock trial competitions. Jon brings this same dedication to excellent legal writing and courtroom advocacy to serve West & Dunn’s clients.
