Super Lawyers Magazine has announced its 2019 honorees, recognizing two lawyers from West & Dunn as top rated in their respective practice areas.
For the second year in a row, Shana Dunn has not only been named as a Rising Star, but also as a top rated lawyer in military and veterans law. Ms. Dunn was previously honored as a Rising Star in 2017 and 2018.
The magazine has also honored Travis James West as a Super Lawyer, and identified him as the top rated business litigation attorney in the Waunakee area. Mr. West was previously recognized as a Rising Star for the years 2011 through 2017.
Super Lawyers Magazine annually selects attorneys for the Super Lawyer and Rising Star awards using a process that incorporates peer nominations, evaluations, and independent research. No more than five percent of the total lawyers in any given state may be selected to receive the Super Lawyer honor. To receive the Rising Star award an attorney must meet all of the criteria required for the Super Lawyer recognition, plus be under the age of forty or have practiced law for less than ten years. No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in any given state may be selected to receive the Rising Star honor.
