In those instances, we are prepared to assist clients with written workout plans as well as forbearance agreements and the preparation of documents needed to memorialize obligations like Promissory Notes, Mortgages and UCC Filings.
In addition, West & Dunn is able to counsel creditors before a credit transaction is even entered into to assess overall lending risk and the likelihood of collection on the front end of the transaction allowing the party extending credit, business or personal, to establish appropriate collection policies and credit extension procedures before ever entering into a credit transaction.
