Brendan P. Dailey
Associate Attorney
Brendan P. Dailey is an Associate Attorney at West & Dunn, where he focuses on civil litigation matters and municipal law. Prior to joining West & Dunn, Brendan practiced in the Geneva Lake area.
Brendan has experience representing condominium associations, municipalities, businesses, and individuals in litigation, collection actions, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) matters, and municipal court actions. His work includes preparing pleadings and discovery, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and prosecuting municipal ordinance violations.
While in law school, Brendan developed drafting and litigation skills while interning in the chambers of Court of Appeals Judge Brian W. Blanchard. Brendan also served as the Wisconsin International Law Journal’s Diversity Editor and was the recipient of the Wisconsin International Law Journal’s Outstanding 2L Award. During his time on the Wisconsin International Law Journal, Brendan successfully advocated for the inclusion of disability accommodations for the write-on process for all law journals at the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
Before attending law school, Brendan worked as a paralegal in Jasper County, South Carolina, where he handled real estate matters, Social Security Disability claims, civil litigation matters, and disability claims for former employees of the Savannah River Site nuclear facility.
Brendan grew up in Sparta, New Jersey, and now lives in Verona. In his free time, Brendan enjoys reading, playing chess, and snowboarding.
